This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive did not run when tested and is being sold as-is. The rear step pieces are loose. The nose decal is flaked. There appears to be glue build-up on the vents. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis.
