This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. A small black tank trim piece is loose inside the box for reattachment. Aside from this minor imperfection, this item is in overall excellent condition! When tested, this item functioned on AC power. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included.
