This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive has been custom redone to be a 3 rail instead of the normal 2 rail. The shell is loose and may come off too easily. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The front bumper has half of it broken off and the other half is cracked. The item has been tested, but when it powers on it runs randomly forward or in reverse. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
