This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. Steps on one side of the front platform are detached and will need to be reattached. Some railings are loose and will need to be glued. There are a few light scratches present on both the locomotive and tender. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
