This is a Lionel 1469WS 2035 Steam Freight Train Set with 3 Cars from 1950-51. Included is a Powered 2035 steam locomotive, a 6466W tender, a 6462 gondola, a 6465 2-bay hopper and a 6257 caboose. The locomotive features die-cast metal construction, a powerful motor, a reverse unit, an operating headlight, an operating smoke unit, a bell, metal side rods, metal wheels and axles. The tender features plastic construction, die-cast metal trucks, an operating metal knuckle coupler, metal wheels and axles. The gondola and hopper feature die-cast metal trucks, operating metal knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles. The caboose features die-cast metal trucks, an operating metal knuckle coupler, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. These units show scratches and paint imperfections on the body. The cars show scratches and spots of rust on the underframe and wheel axels. The locomotive has heavy chips in the paint visible throughout the body. The 2-bay hopper has been replaced with model 6465. The overall appearance of each item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
