Here is a Lionel 2065 Vintage O 4-6-4 Small Hudson Steam Locomotive & 2046W Tender from 1954-56. This locomotive features a motor, magnetraction, a reverse unit, an operating headlight, an operating smoke unit, die-cast metal construction, a decorative bell, metal side rods, metal wheels, and exquisite detail. The tender features knuckle couplers, die-cast metal trucks, and metal wheels and axles.

Known as the Baltic in Europe and the Hudson in North America, the 4-6-4 was introduced in the early 20th century finding success in hauling freight and as a shunting model. Their use would initially find great success on North American railways before eventually becoming mainstays in rail-yards around the world.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There are moderate nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on the shell and chassis of both the locomotive and tender. Additionally, heavy signs of paint wear, chips, and imperfections are visible throughout their surfaces and underframes. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. Did not run when tested and is being sold AS-IS.
