Lionel 2343P Vintage O Santa Fe F3 Powered A Unit Diesel Locomotive

Here is a Lionel 2343P Vintage O Sante Fe F3 Powered A Unit Diesel Locomotive from 1950-1952. One of the icons of the Postwar Era, the 2343 improved upon the original 2333 with the addition of Magnetraction. The powered unit features dual motors, a remote activated operating horn, an operating headlight, illuminated number boards and cab, die-cast metal frame and trucks, a die-cast operating coupler on the front and a fixed die-cast coupler on the rear. It matches the 2343C B Unit with a screen top.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There is heavy scratches across the surface of the shell. The Santa Fe decal on the front is heavily scratched out and some decal stickers are ripped and scratched. The shell is slightly loose from the chassis. The wheels and trucks show heavy usage.
