This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The powered A unit has scratches and paint chips on the chassis and trucks. This item does run but sparks every so often. The non-powered B unit has one set of trucks that are starting to corrode and the other set has scrapes and is starting to rust. There are also small spots of rust on the wheels. The non-powered A unit has small spots of rust on the trucks, wheels, and couplers. The back set of trucks are also starting to corrode. The overall appearance of these items may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manuals are not included. The original boxes are not included.
