Lionel 3413 Vintage O Mercury Capsule Launching Car VG

This is the Mercury capsule launching car from the Lionel 1960's Military and Space era. You can actually launch the rocket from this car which has a mercury capsule at the top with a parachute attached that is hidden inside the rocket. The idea is that you remotely launch the rocket and when it reaches its apex the capsule separated and parachutes safely back down to your layout table.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are cracks and breaks along the rocket. There are light nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on the shell and chassis. There are small cracks and chips on the body of this item. The instruction manual is not included.
