This is a Lionel 400 Vintage O Unpowered Baltimore & Ohio Commuter Car from 1956-58. This car has been modified with a new frame and has lost all functionality as a result. The shell, trucks, wheels, and couplers are still original. The previous owner labeled the car as a "Railroad Crue Quarters."
This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-2: Fair based on visual appearance. Previous owner has added custom road names to this item. Both of the horns are missing from the car. There is noticeable oxidation on the trucks of the car. Some of the windows are missing.
