Lionel 6-11739 O Santa Fe Super Chief Diesel Passenger Train Set VG/Box

This is a Lionel 6-11739 O Santa Fe Super Chief Passenger Set from 1993-94. Included is an A-unit Diesel Locomotive with an operating headlight, dual DC motors and an operating knuckle coupler, and (3) Passenger Cars which include a Vista Dome Car, an Observation Car, and a Combine Car. This set also includes O-27 curved track sections, straight track sections, and a transformer. The cars feature plastic construction, die-cast trucks, knuckle couplers and metal wheels & axles. The track sections feature tin-plate ties and metal rails.

These items have been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. These items show scratches, scrapes, dents, and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shells and chassis. These items show spots of rust on the wheels sets and platform. There is surface rust on the lock-on. Car 16060's window inserts are pushed into the shell, away from the windows. Car #16059 has a piece from the bottom of the wheel set missing/chipped off. There is blue paint spots on the locomotive and one number board is missing. The transformer shows scratches, scrapes, and nicks on the face, body, and base plate. There is a loose object inside the transformer. These track sections show scratches and spots of black flecks on the rails. These sections show spots of rust on the rails. Various sections show scratches and nicks on the ties. The overall appearance of each item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
