Lionel 6-12917 No. 445 Animated Switch Tower EX/Box

This is a Lionel 12917 No. 445 Switch Tower. This accessory is a remake of the Lionel 445 Tower from the ‘50s. When activated by a passing train, one of the switchman on the second floor balcony goes into the building while another ‘runs‘ down the steps. This version uses a can motor and is much more reliable and quieter than the original postwar 445. It measures approximately 8 inches in height. **button and wiring not included.**

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This switch tower shows scratches on various sections of the tower walls and base. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The original box is included. The previous owner has placed stickers on this item's packaging.
