Lionel 6-12982 Operating Culvert Loader #342 EX/Box

Here is a Lionel 6-12982 Operating Culvert Loader #342. This is a reissue of the classic Lionel 342 Culvert Loader from 1957-60. When activated, the conveyor scoops up culverts off the ramp and deposits them onto a waiting gondola car. It works best with a 6342-series culvert gondola (sold separately). This is the non-command control version. This measures approximately 13 inches long x 9 1/2 inches wide x 6 1/2 inches tall.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item is non-functional and being sold As-Is. A layer of shelf dust has settled onto the surface of the loader. The loader shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the base and body. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is included.
