Lionel 6-1665 O New York Central Empire State Express Steam Train Set VG/Box

Here is a Lionel O MPC-era New York Central Empire State Express Steam Train Set. This set includes a die-cast 4-6-4 locomotive with tender and five freight cars. The locomotive features a Pullmor motor, puffing smoke unit, electronic Mighty Sound of Steam, remote-controlled forward, neutral and reverse, an operating headlight, metal wheels and side rods, and a plastic tender. The rolling stock feature plastic trucks, metal wheels and axles, operating knuckle couplers and sliding doors on the boxcar and stock car. The caboose is lighted. This set does not include track or a transformer.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The NYC Bay Window Caboose is missing both of of it's knuckle couplers. These cars show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. These cars show rust throughout various sections of the chassis and trucks. The overall appearance of each item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original boxes are included.
