This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The locomotive's boiler front piece will come off easily. The locomotive has some bent trim pieces (railing, grab-iron, etc). The tender's roof railing is bent. The latches on the tender are slightly bent. These items show some scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. The display base shows some scratches and scuffing in the wood. There are bits of Styrofoam and layout material stuck to some sections of the base. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
