Here is a Lionel 6-18212 O Santa Fe Dash 8-40B Non-Powered Diesel Dummy from 1993. It features operating headlights, illuminated cab and number boards, flashing warning light on the cab, metal chassis and handrails and a snow plow. It is not powered. Please see my pictures for additional features.
