Here is a Lionel 6-19816 O Gauge Madison Hardware Operating Boxcar. This car features a figure that pops out with your Madison Hardware package when it is operated. It also features sliding doors, die-cast metal sprung trucks, die-cast metal operating knuckle couplers and metal wheels and axles. This car was made by Lionel for Madison Hardware in 1991. Interestingly this was when Richard Kughn owned both Lionel and Madison Hardware after he had it moved to Detroit. The car was sold at Madison Hardware and through mail order ads. It is fairly scarce and very popular with collectors.

C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The wheels show average run-time. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. This item is in overall excellent condition with no broken trim pieces. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
