Lionel 6-2318 O Gauge Operating Control Tower VG/Box

Here is a Lionel 2318 Operating Control Tower from 1983-86. This is the not-too-well-known MPC remake of the 192 Tower, and it is somewhat harder to find than you may realize. When it is powered up the two men in the control tower walk around and the anemometer spins on the roof. It is also illuminated. The tower lights up. It measures 12 inches tall.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item displays light scratches and signs of prior usage across each surface. The top edge of the building has several spots of paint loss underneath the roof. The lightbulb on the inside of the building is broken and will need to be replaced. This item does not operate and is being sold as-is. The original box is included. The box has a few scratches and scuffs across each surface, as well as some color fading on the end flaps.
