This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The lever that allows the wheel assemblies to move is not in place and does not allow the wheel assembly to sit on the test track correctly. This item does run but it does have trouble and it sparks when power is put to it. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included. Overall condition is Very Good.
