This is a Lionel 6-8551 O Gauge Pennsylvania "Little Joe" EP-5 Electric Locomotive from 1975-76. Features include plastic construction, working headlights, pantographs, illuminated cabs at both ends, remote forward, neutral and reverse, die-cast metal trucks and operating couplers on both ends.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item shows some scratches, scrapes, and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. This item has a broken/missing piece to one of its wheels, causing the wheel set to no longer be attached. The number boards are ill fitting and move easily. The windows are scratched and dirty. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
