Here is a Lionel 6-8701 O W&ARR General 4-4-0 Steam Locomotive and Tender #3 from 1977-79. This locomotive features puffing smoke, brass boiler bands, an operating headlight, transformer controlled forward and reverse, a Lionel pullmor motor, needlepoint bearings, plastic construction, metal wheels and operating knuckle coupler on the tender.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The wheels show average run-time. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shells and chassis'. These items are in overall excellent condition with no broken trim pieces.
