Lionel 625 Vintage O Lehigh Valley Red & Black 44 Ton Diesel Switcher VG

Here is a Lionel 625 Vintage O Lehigh Valley Red & Black 44 Ton Diesel Switcher from 1957-58. Features include motor with Magnetraction and 3-position E-unit, headlight lenses at both ends, ornamental bell and whistle, die-cast side frame trucks. Non-operating couplers were installed on each end of the locomotive. The 625 is seen much less often than the all-red 627 LV 44-Tonner.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item displays scratches and paint imperfections across the body and underframe. Spots of paint loss are present across the shell, primarily along the edges. The shell is broken on one end, near the screw that mounts the shell to the chassis.
