Lionel 6830 Vintage O Flatcar w/ Non Operating Submarine EX/Box

Here is a Lionel 6830 Vintage O Flatcar w/ Non Operating Submarine, from 1960. It has plastic trucks and operating couplers. The submarine is just like the 3830 Operating Submarine, but it doesn't have some if the internal parts that the operating sub has like the rubber band and the drive gears. The nose on this sub is also glued on at the factory so you can't turn it to wind up the rubber band.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are scratches and markings along the shell and submarine and the wheels show signs of wear. The original box is included but damaged. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Excellent.
