Marx 4000 Vintage O NYC Powered A Diesel Locomotive VG

This is a Marx 4000 New York Central Powered A Diesel Locomotive from 1953. Features include a motor, a reverse unit, an operating headlight, decorative horn, die-cast metal trucks, operating knuckle couplers and metal wheels.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. There is also some spots of rust on the wheels and trucks. The road numbers are a little faded on both sides of the shell. There is a horn missing on the top of the shell. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
