Here is a Menards 279-5925 O Scale Patriot Lighting Background Building. Patriot Lighting Supply is a fully assembled and decorated low-relief background structure perfect for that spot on the edge of an O gauge railroad, or to fill out a shallow spot in a city scene. Features include: 2-3/4" profile fits almost anywhere, Fully lit with 20 LED lights, a loading dock with 3 figures, a dumpster, a handcart, trashcan, Jack the German Shepherd, 8 intricate windows, 3 doors, stairs and parapet. The dimensions for this building are 11"W x 2-3/4"D x 9-1/2"H. Please see my pictures for additional features.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the building. This building is missing it's red handcart. The upper left window is missing some of it's window trim. The Patriot Lighting Sign is missing some of its black trim. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Very Good.
