This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The "Halley" car has custom doors that were installed by the previous owner. This set has been converted to 2-Rail by the previous owner. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down.
