This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The locomotive's cab roof shows a very crude paint texture with pitting and some staining visible as well. A layer of shelf dust has settled onto the locomotive and tender. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis.
