QSI ACS-730 Powerguard AC Power 3-Rail Works With MTH DCS EX/Box

This is a QSI ACS-730 Powerguard AC Power 3-Rail. Prevents expensive damage to three-rail electronics by actively detecting and suppressing any potentially damaging power surges from any three-rail transformer. Flashing red light lets operator know that system has detected damaging spikes and over voltages. Two green lights show the voltage or signal strength your transformer delivers to the track. Ends uncontrolled horn blowing from Proto Sound engines run with Lionel Cab-1 Walk around Throttle.
