This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light scratches and paint chips on the surface of the shell and chassis. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use. One set of wheels on the tender does not sit properly in the truck. The original box is included along with the foam liner. The instruction manual is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. This item has been serviced by our repair department.
