This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are a few scratches & tarnishing along the body. The wheels show average signs of wear. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included. The box has some edge wear, light creases and small tears. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
