This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. Previous owner has painted and added custom decals to this item. Although painted, this item still shows some spots of paint chips and rub marks. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
