This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item tested functional on DC power only. The tender is missing the coal load. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of tarnish throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
