At Trainz, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the returns portal.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
