Lionel 60 Vintage O Lionelville Motorized Rapid Transit Trolley VG/Box

This is a Lionel 60 Vintage O Lionelville Motorized Rapid Transit Trolley from 1955-58. This trolly car features bumpers on each end that cause it to change directions whenever it runs into anything, like a bumper. It features interior illumination, a reverse unit, operating function, silhouetted window strips, and metal wheels and axles. Something to note is that when the direction of the trolley changes, the trolley pole on top also spins around to the proper trailing position. It was a real postwar favorite, and Lionel has remade it in several varieties over the years..

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent. This item shows some light scratches and spots of paint loss on the shell and chassis. Some of the lettering is faded and scratched. This item is in overall excellent condition, free of broken trim pieces. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
