Lionel 736 Vintage O 2-8-4 Berkshire Steam Locomotive with 2671W Tender VG

This is a Lionel 736 2-8-4 Berkshire Steam Locomotive and 2671W Tender from 1950-53. The 736 was a mainstay of Lionel's line for much of the Postwar Era and was included in numerous top of the line sets. Features for the locomotive include die-cast metal construction, a motor, a reverse unit, an operating headlight, an operating smoke unit, a decorative bell, metal side rods, and metal wheels and axles. The 2671WX tender features an operating whistle, a plastic body, plastic truck sides, one die-cast operating coil coupler, and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. This locomotive and tender show signs of previous use and storage. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. There is discoloration on the drive rods, chassis , and wheels. Wheels show average run-time.
