Here is a 3rd Rail O Brass Great Northern GN S-2 4-8-4 Steam Locomotive - 3-Rail #2558. Features QSI Northern Railsounds and electronic reverse unit similar to Protosounds used on MTH locomotives. Also has a smoke unit, directional lighting and brass construction. Truly amazing detail.

First introduced in the early 20th century, the 4-8-4 to rail yards by storm primarily hauling coal and other forms of freight across state lines in the US and rail-ways in various other countries. While later models would improve on the 4-8-4's limitation, this locomotive still made its place in history as a pioneer of 20th century rail-road industry, and is featured in some museums today as a testament to how far the industry has truly come!

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are a few scratches and nicks along the train. Overall this train is in excellent condition and shows signs of use. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
