3rd Rail 9000 O BRASS UP 4-12-2 Steam Loco & Tender #9000 with Sound (3Rail) EX/Box

Here is a 3rd Rail 9000 O BRASS UP 4-12-2 Steam Loco & Tender #9000 with Sound (3Rail). This is a model of the only 12-coupled steam locomotives to run in North America. The 4-12-2s, introduced in 1926, were UP's first answer to moving long freights through Nebraska and Wyoming and were the road's top freight power until the Challengers and Big Boys came along in the late 1930s and early 40s. This great model features smoke, all metal construction, and great detail. It needs at least O-72 curves on which to operate.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. One of the ladders has broken off of the tender. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis of the locomotive and tender. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The original box is included along with the foam liner. The instruction manual is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item.
